Looking back at 2022, what have you achieved? What are the biggest improvements compared to 2021?
In 2022, we encountered the impact of the repeated epidemic and the economic downturn in Europe caused by the Russia-Ukraine war, which made us feel unprepared for a moment and difficult, but we still completed 100% of the shipment through efforts, indicating that as long as we are determined and brave, we can actually do it. This is also inseparable from the efforts of all departments of the company.
Compared with 21 years, our team cohesion has been improved, everyone has changed their personal goals into the overall goals of the department, and has made progress in the timely delivery rate, increasing from 75% to 88%, completing the annual timely delivery rate target, so that the delivery time has been guaranteed. From another perspective, it also shows that our system process has been perfected and improved, so that the data is more accurate.
