I came to the company in February 2017, it has been nearly 6 years, and now I am the gold salesman of the e-commerce department. Like everyone, usually also like to travel, like to walk around, eat delicious, look at the scenery. I also schedule time for yoga on weekends.
I hope I can realize my wealth freedom as soon as possible and travel around the world.

As Ali gold salesman, what experience can you share with the new?

As a member of the e-commerce department, there will be a lot of new customers every day, the price transparency of the e-commerce platform, customers shop around more, how to seize the customer to let him place an order has become a crucial part.
Generally, an e-commerce customer basically needs to be fast and ruthless, unless it is a customer who has placed an order. For the first contact with customers, we must be familiar with our own products, including Ratchet type load binder, Auto tie down straps and so on. The reply must be timely. The basic reply is controlled within 2 hours, the relative price should be reasonable, provide the corresponding product pictures, fast delivery, basically these are satisfied, the customer will feel that you are a reliable seller, if the customer really has a real single, the price has an advantage in the basic finalization of the order speed is also very fast.
Are there any challenges at work? How did you overcome it?

E-commerce contact with new products will be more, for new products to speed up the understanding of the speed, often encounter inquiries sent in the product do not understand the situation. General new products, if there are many enquiries, try to make a detailed quotation table for new products, the first time you can send customers to see, so that customers can also understand the product information as soon as possible.

What are your prospects for yourself and your company in the future?
